Display or possession of canceled, fictitious or fraudulently altered nondriver identification card--Misdemeanor

It is a Class 1 misdemeanor for any person to display or cause or permit to be displayed or have in his possession any canceled, fictitious or fraudulently altered nondriver identification card. Source: SL 1991, ch 253, § 1.
