Period of residency for purpose of licensing requirement

Any person who has resided in this state for a period of ninety days is considered a resident for the purpose of being licensed to drive a motor vehicle under the laws of this state. Source: SDC Supp 1960, § 44.03B02 as added by SL 1968, ch 174.
