Golf cart defined

For the purposes of §§ 32-14-14 to 32-14-16 , inclusive, the term, golf cart, means a four wheeled vehicle originally and specifically designed and intended to transport one or more individuals and golf clubs for the purpose of playing the game of golf on a golf course. Source: SL 2010, ch 164, § 1.
