Misuse of slow-moving vehicle emblem prohibited--Violation as petty offense

No vehicle, other than those specified in § 32-15-20 , shall display a slow - moving vehicle emblem, and its use on any type of stationary object is prohibited. A violation of this section is a petty offense. Source: SL 1970, ch 189, §§ 2, 4; SDCL Supp, § 32-15-23 .
