Liability of snowmobile equipment renters--Gross negligence

Except as provided in § 32-20A-23 , a person who offers snowmobile equipment for rent is liable for death or injury to the operator thereof or other person or property only for an act or omission that constitutes gross negligence. Source: SL 1994, ch 259, § 2.
