Carrying package on motorcycle--Restrictions--Violation as misdemeanor

No person may operate a motorcycle while carrying any package, bundle, or other article which prevents him from keeping both hands on the handlebars. A violation of this section is a Class 2 misdemeanor. Source: SL 1970, ch 176, § 1, § 3; SL 1989, ch 255, § 96.
