Driving through safety zone prohibited--Violation as misdemeanor

No driver of a vehicle may, at any time, drive through or over a safety zone as defined in § 32-14-1 . A violation of this section is a Class 2 misdemeanor. Source: SDC 1939, § 44.0323; SL 1989, ch 255, § 158.
