Signals at railway grade crossings

Sections 32-28-7 and 32-28-8 shall not apply at railroad grade crossings. Conduct of drivers of vehicles approaching railroad grade crossings shall be governed by the rules as set forth in § 32-29-4 . Source: SL 1963, ch 274, § 3 (2) (b); SL 1970, ch 175, § 40.
