Backing prohibited on controlled-access highway--Violation as misdemeanor

The driver of a vehicle may not back the vehicle upon any shoulder or roadway of any controlled - access highway. A violation of this section is a Class 2 misdemeanor. Source: SL 1970, ch 175, § 31, § 10; SL 1989, ch 255, § 206.
