Civil penalty against vehicle failing to stop for school bus

Any motor vehicle which is used in a violation of § 32-32-6 in circumstances where the driver of the vehicle is unknown shall be subject to a civil penalty of two hundred fifty dollars. Source: SL 1979, ch 228, § 1.
