Traveling through roadblock--Misdemeanor

Any person who shall proceed or travel through a roadblock without subjecting himself to the traffic control so established shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor. Source: SL 1961, ch 149, § 5; SL 1977, ch 189, § 116.
