Insurance required by other statutes unaffected

Except for § 32-35-89 this chapter shall not apply with respect to any vehicle which is subject to the requirements of any other act requiring insurance or other security with respect to any types of motor vehicles. Source: SL 1957, ch 212, § 70; SDC Supp 1960, § 44.03A65.
