Duties of county treasurers

The county treasurer shall assist in the administration of chapters 32-3 , 32-5 , and 32-5B and perform such duties in connection therewith as may be required by the secretary. Source: SL 1986, ch 242, § 16; SL 1988, ch 236, § 20.
