Color of number stickers--Contrast with plates

The number stickers authorized by § 32-5-82 shall be of distinctly different color each year of issuance and there shall be at all times a marked contrast between the color of the number stickers and the background of the base plate. Source: SL 1975, ch 198, § 6.
