Appointment of judge advocate to represent accused

Upon the request of an accused entitled to be so represented, the senior force judge advocate shall appoint a judge advocate to represent the accused in the review or appeal of cases specified in §§ 33-10-211 and 33-10-212 . Source: SL 2012, ch 175, § 194.
