Cooperation with and from other departments

Power is hereby vested in the adjutant general to secure data or information, or to procure assistance from the other departments, and a duty is hereby imposed upon the department upon which this demand is made, to make such power effective. Source: SL 1955, ch 150, § 9; SDC Supp 1960, § 41.01A09.
