Action for variance or exemption--Notice--Hearing

Action to consider a variance or exemption may be initiated by the secretary or by the owner of the supply through a formal request submitted to the secretary. Public notice and hearing on the application for a variance or exemption shall comply with the provisions of chapter 1-26 . Source: SL 1983, ch 260, § 7.
