Crop seeds defined

For the purposes of this chapter, the term, crop seeds, means the seeds of grass, forage, cereal, oil, fiber, and other kinds of crop seed commonly recognized within this state as agricultural seed and combinations of such seeds. Source: SL 2018, ch 241, § 1.
