Conservation districts--Department oversight

Subject to § 38-7-3.1 , the Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources shall perform the functions of the commission, as provided for in this chapter and chapter 38-8 , relative to conservation districts. Source: SL 1975, ch 23, § 3; SL 2024, ch 166, § 5.
