Sale of diseased carcass for human consumption as felony

Any person who violates the provisions of § 39-5-34 by knowingly selling or offering for sale carcasses or parts of carcasses of diseased animals for human consumption is guilty of a Class 6 felony. Source: SL 1983, ch 285.
