Construction standards for plants

The secretary of agriculture and natural resources shall promulgate rules pursuant to chapter 1-26 to establish minimum standards of construction for frozen dessert plants concerning: (1) Floors, walls, ceilings; (2) Doors and windows; (3) Lighting and ventilation; (4) Toilet and lavatory facilities; (5) Water supply; (6) Separation and partitioning of rooms for carrying on the several handling, processing, and storage functions.
