Payment of supplemental pension benefit

The system may pay the participant's monthly supplemental pension benefit and the participant's monthly retirement benefit in separate payments. Each payment is a separate benefit, including provision of a separate Internal Revenue Service Form 1099-R for each payment by the system. Source: SL 2025, ch 27, § 56.
