Rapid City firefighter retirement benefits--Normal retirement age

Upon retirement, each employee described in § 3-12C-1615 shall receive the greater of: (1) The member's retirement benefit calculated under this chapter; or (2) The retirement benefit calculated under the municipality of Rapid City firemen pension fund based on credited service up to June 30, 1982, and compensation up to June 30, 1982.
