Inspection of feedlot, cattle, records, and inspection certificates

A registered feedlot is subject to inspection at any reasonable time at the discretion of the board, and the operator shall show all cattle, inventory records, and inspection certificates to cover all cattle in his feedlot. Source: SL 1984, ch 270, § 5; SL 1988, ch 328, § 74.
