Inspection of livestock removed from inspection area--Fee

Livestock that is removed from the ownership inspection area in violation of this chapter may be inspected at any place outside the inspection area and the fee collected for the inspection. The inspection does not exempt any person from prosecution for violation of the inspection laws. Source: SL 1992, ch 288, § 6.
