Pound program--Animal control services defined

For purposes of §§ 40-34-8 to 40-34-10 , inclusive, the term "animal control services" shall mean and include, but not be limited to, the enforcement of chapter 40-1 and such other services deemed necessary or desirable by the local unit of government or humane society. Source: SL 1975, ch 100, § 4.
