Records kept by secretary-treasurers--Public inspection

The secretary - treasurer of each predator control district shall keep accurate records of the proceedings of the board of directors and of all receipts and disbursements of district funds. Such records shall be open to public inspection. Source: SL 1974, ch 275, § 9.
