Restated articles of incorporation--Certification as articles currently in effect

The Office of the Secretary of State may certify restated articles of incorporation as the articles of incorporation currently in effect, without including the certificate information required by § 47-1A-1007.1 . Source: SL 2005, ch 239, § 243.
