Carload lots--Transfer to connecting road without added charge

Carload lots shall be transferred to a connecting railroad without charge, in addition to the quoted rate, to the shipper or receiver of such carload lots, and such transfer shall be made without unreasonable delay. Source: SDC 1939, § 52.0221; SDCL, § 49-12-2; SL 1980, ch 322, § 39.
