Executive director and other agents--Delegation of powers and duties

A regional authority may appoint or elect an executive director, and such other officers, agents, and employees as it may determine. An authority may delegate its powers and duties to one or more of its officers, agents, or employees. Source: SL 1978, ch 344, § 9.
