Limitation on promotions

No telecommunications company may offer any promotion exempt from the provisions of § 49-31-86 more than twice in any calendar year. No telecommunications company may run any such promotions consecutively. No benefit from a promotion may be extended to any customer beyond the promotion period. Source: SL 1999, ch 226, § 2.
