Submission of zero based budget on request of Joint Committee on Appropriations

The Joint Committee on Appropriations may request any department or budget unit to submit a zero based budget scenario pursuant to guidelines and procedures established jointly by the Bureau of Finance and Management and the Legislative Research Council. Source: SL 2015, ch 41, § 13.
