Application to existing institutional funds

This chapter applies to institutional funds existing on or established after July 1, 2007. As applied to institutional funds existing on July 1, 2007, this chapter governs only decisions made or actions taken on or after that date. This chapter does not apply to any funds directly held or managed by a governmental agency. Source: SL 2007, ch 283, § 8.
