Priority

SL 2012, ch 238 determines the priority of conflicting claims to collateral. However, if the relative priorities of the claims were established before July 1, 2013, chapter 57A-9 as it existed before July 1, 2013 determines priority. Source: SL 2012, ch 238, § 9-809, eff. July 1, 2013.
