Persons with disabilities

No provision of this chapter or chapter 5-18B , 5-18C , or 5-18D may be so construed as to prohibit any person with a disability from negotiating a contract for service or supplies or in any other manner doing business with any purchasing agency. Source: SL 2010, ch 31, § 32.
