Enforcement of state's right to materials from lake and river beds

It shall be the duty of the attorney general, or any state's attorney, on direction of the Governor, to commence any action necessary to protect the rights of the state under §§ 5-2-4 to 5-2-8 , inclusive. Source: SL 1921, ch 357, § 4; SDC 1939, § 15.0325.
