Oil and gas leases--Casing-head gas included

Where the term "oil and gas" is used in §§ 5-7-19 to 5-7-33 , inclusive, it shall be construed to mean "oil, gas, and casing - head gas." Source: SDC 1939, § 15.0510 as added by SL 1941, ch 53, § 1.
