Possession of real property taken by receiver

Upon the filing and recording of a certified copy of the order appointing the receiver in the office of the register of deeds in any county in which real estate to be affected is situated the receiver may take possession and control of any such real estate. Source: SDC 1939 & Supp 1960, § 33.2407.
