Disposition of record after appeal

The record on appeal shall remain on file in the office of the clerk of the Supreme Court until the action has finally been disposed of. It shall then be returned to the trial court with the remittitur. Source: Supreme Court Rule 79-1, Rule 11 (3); SDCL Supp, § 15-26A-41 .
