Order and content of argument

The appellant is entitled to open and conclude the argument. The opening argument shall include a fair statement of the case. Counsel should not read at length from the record, briefs, or authorities. Source: Supreme Court Rule 79-1, Rule 15 (3); SDCL Supp, § 15-26A-62 .
