Adjournment of circuit court to day certain or until notice--Jury panel retained

At the end of any sitting, the circuit court may adjourn the term from time to time to a day certain or until the further notice and order of the court, in which case the same jury panel shall report as may be ordered. Source: SDC 1939 & Supp 1960, § 33.1102.
