Return of equipment, supplies, and pull-tabs--Recordation of transaction

No distributor or manufacturer may sell, issue, or accept returned bingo or lottery equipment and supplies or pull - tabs to or from an organization without first recording the transaction on a sales invoice. Source: SL 1988, ch 188, § 17.
