McReynolds ~4 N\ Commissioner RE: Admissions DA: October 1, 1989 During the summer of 1989, the Department advised that it was placing a moratorium on admissions. The Department has traditionally set October 1, 1989 as the deadline for submissions in order to ensure that the Department acts upon recent financial information. No admission filings are accepted from October 1, 1989 until year end annual statement information is available for filing in March of the following year. This bulletin is to notify you that the moratorium on admissions is hereby lifted and that the Department will accept filings effective March 1, 1990 based upon 1989 annual statement financial data.
