McREYNOLDS COMMISSIONER Pursuant to authority granted under Public Chapter 904 (Acts 1990) and T.C.A. S56-41-101 we are requesting the following data regarding whitewater rafting and riding stables. This data is for the purpose of enabling the Commissioner and the legislature to determine the need for a Joint Underwriting Association for these coverages. 1. Provide data regarding availability of general liability insurance for both exposures. 2. Provide earned premium and incurred loss data for Tennessee and countrywide for the years 1987, 1988 and 1989. 3. This data must be received by this Department no later than FEBRUARY 1, 1991.
