Other Enforcement Actions

With respect to any registrant, the Board may, in addition to or in lieu of any other lawful disciplinary action, take enforcement action against any registrant who is a respondent in a disciplinary case. Other enforcement actions may include, but are not limited to, the following: (1) Passage of a laws and rules examination with a minimum passing score of 80%; or (2) Completion of additional, Board-assigned continuing education hours (with appropriate documentation required).
