Designation Of Economic Protection Zones

(1) Automatic Designation. All tourism development zones established under T.C.A. § 7-88-103, are hereby designated as economic protection zones for the purposes of protecting and stimulating economic activity within such zones. (2) Compliance. All documents submitted to the Department shall meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines Level AA or the federally prevailing technical compliance standard as of the time of submission. Failure to submit as directed will result in noncompliance directed by Rule 1670- 08-01-.07.
