As used in this chapter:
(a)
“Registrant” means a person licensed by the Board as an architect, engineer, or
landscape architect.
(b)
“Resident registered architect, engineer, or landscape architect” means an architect,
engineer, or landscape architect registered in this state who is employed full-time for a
minimum of thirty (30) hours per week by a corporation, partnership, or firm.
