Contracts For Combatants
Cite as Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 0145-01-.10
Every contract for the services of a combatant in any bout in this state shall be in writing and:
(1)
Include a term incorporating by reference the statutes and rules governing professional
contests in Tennessee;
(2)
Contain no other terms in conflict with such statutes or rules; and
(3)
Be available for review by the Commission at any reasonable time upon request.
