Benefits Affected By A Qdro

(1)
A QDRO may apply only to the following benefits administered by the retirement system:
(a)
A monthly retirement allowance; or
(b)
A member’s refund of employee contributions.
(2)
A QDRO shall not apply to any of the following:
(a)
A survivor benefit;
(b)
Any disability benefit;
(c)
An error refund; or
(d)
Any other benefit.
