Technical Knockout

(1)
The referee shall promptly terminate a bout and declare a “technical knockout” if:
(a)
He or she is advised to do so by the ringside physician;
(b)
In his or her opinion, the bout is too one-sided;
(c)
In his or her opinion, a combatant is in such condition that continuation of the bout
might subject him or her to serious injury;
(d)
A combatant fails to answer the bell for a round; or

(e)
A combatant loses control of bodily functions and urinates, defecates, or regurgitates
during the bout.
